Well, I suppose you should plan for any unforeseen circumstances, but you never actually expect them to happen! Anyway, after a few tears, mostly mine, we put our heads together and came up with this. The boys are going without me (but with Ben of course) and we’ve recruited our nephew Dan to take my place for a bit. Okay, so he’s not as pretty but beggars etc. No, actually it was a relief he agreed, thanks Dan, so now the ETD is early September with a shorthand version of Canada and then onto the great motorhome road trip in the USA. Me? I’m putting my travelling feet up, doctor’s orders, and spending some quality time with my fantastic family (thanks Sheila & Ian) and joining the boys in October.
